Beef/Steak Salad (Lah-p)
Serves 120 mins prep10 mins cook
This dish is so good, it’s often mispronounced. It’s called “Lah-p” not “Larb” This is one of those unique dishes that is shared cross culturally in many South East Asian countries such as Cambodia, Thailand, and Hmong cultures. It can be made with various proteins such as seafood, beef, chicken, pork. I made this version a little different because I seared my steak instead of using traditional minced (steak, chicken, or pork) If you had this dish, you’ll know it taste so balanced in flavors (salty, sour, mildly sweet, spicy)
